圆弧机注意事项： 1、  正确摆放机器位置 assemble the machine 2、  把要加工型材的定型带固定在圆弧机的桌面：fix the mold on the table : 1)     根据需要加工的尺寸，测量出长度，然后固定外面的把手，注意把定型带的尺寸扣除（见录像1、2、3） Make sure the length according to your requst ,fix the bolt on the table .le*e the length of the mold width.( ref; video 1,2,3) 2)     使用木质圆规，按照固定好的尺寸定位。依次按照这个方法把别的把手都固定好。（见录像4） Use the wooden compassese fix the bolt . (video4) 3)     把要加工使用的型材的外定型带固定在桌面上：注意要把45度角的那个边放在外面，用卡子卡住（见录像5、6） Fix the mold on the table ,remark the outside and inside ,the angle45 is in the outside .(video 5,6) 4)     固定完一个定型带后在固定另外一个：使用一个小料头（长方形的），放在两个定型带之间，让他能自由活动，注意卡的不要太松也不要太紧。（见录像7） Fix the two mold on the table ,h*e a little pvc profile between the two mold ,and h*e the profile can move between them freely .(video 7) 3、  把定型带按照型材规格插入型材（见定型带，不要把上面的料头拿下来） Insert the mold into the pvc profile ,according to the sample . 4、  在加热槽内注入适量加热油，加热到105度，把型材放入加热槽，加热5分钟左右，到型材变软。然后把型材取出，用螺丝刀钩住型材一头，拉到固定好的桌面的定型带内。（见录像8） Inject the oil into the sink, heating to about 105 ℃,put the profile in it.
