防皱整理剂HOLPOSON® Crisp Man

防皱整理剂HOLPOSON®Crisp Man 适用于棉,黏胶，涤纶等面料，经整理后的面料有防皱、免烫功能，不会产生黄变等问题。

HOLPOSON®Crisp Man防皱整理剂主要应用于家纺、窗帘家居材料和衬衫等服饰，能达到防皱的效果，强力损失幅度比普通防皱产品要更低。

一、物化性能             

外  观     乳白色偏黄液体

溶解性     以任意比例稀释

配伍性      可与大多数整理助剂混用,与其它助剂混用前，建议先试验。                         

二、使用方法

浸轧处理一般用量为：

HOLPOSON® Crisp Man：40～ 160g/L

轧液率：70％

一浸一轧 → 烘干(110℃×1～3 分钟) → 定型(150-160℃×1～2 分钟)

产品性能

1. 整理后的衣物有良好的防皱免烫效果，提高织物的折皱回复能力；
2. 整理后的织物手感柔软；
3. 整理后的织物有很好的耐水洗效果；
4. 整理后的织物有很好的防缩效果。

注意事项

1. 整理前的织物应保持洁净，没有杂质，使织物有较好的吸湿性；
2. 由于树脂反应需要在酸性催化条件下, 建议将被整理的织物布面的pH调整至中性范围内，不可使布面偏碱性；
3. 处理树脂前请根据工厂的设备及其它条件，进行必要的试验。以防影响织物的强力及色光；
4. 化料时用温水（约 30- 40℃），可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和持久效果。

贮    存

HOLPOSON® Crisp Man   包装：25KG、60KG的塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。                                                                 室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

Crease-Resist Finishing Agent

HOLPOSON® Crisp Man

The crease-resist finishing agent HOLPOSON® Crisp Man is suitable for cotton, viscose, polyester and other fabrics. The finished fabric has crease-resist and non-iron functions and will not cause other problems, such as yellowing.

HOLPOSON® Crisp Man crease-resist finishing agent is mainly used in home textile, curtains, household materials,shirts and other clothing. It can achieve the effect of crease-resist, and the loss of strength is lower than that of ordinary crease-resist products.

Physical & chemical properties:             

Appearance: Milky white yellowish liquid

Solubility:   Dilutable in any proportion

Compatibility: Can be mixed with most finishing agents.

When mix-used with other auxiliaries, it is recommended to test first.   

Usage:

General dosage in padding method:

HOLPOSON® Crisp Man: 40-160g/L

Liquid retention rate: 70%

Dip and roll once, drying at 110 ℃ for 30 seconds. Heat setting at 150-160 ℃ for 1-2 minutes.

Characteristics:

1. The finished clothes have good crease-resist and ironing-free effect. Improves the crease recovery ability of the fabric;
2. The finished fabric is soft;
3. The finished products have good wash durability;
4. The finished fabric has good shrinkage resistance.

Attentions:

1. The fabric should be kept clean before finishing. Without impurities, fabric has better moisture absorption;
2. Because the resin reaction needs to be catalyzed by acid, it is suggested to adjust the pH value of the fabric surface to the neutral range, and do not make the fabric surface alkaline;
3. Please conduct necessary tests according to the plant equipment and other conditions before the finishing process in case of affecting the strength and color of the fabric;
4. Warm water (about 30-40 ℃) is used when dissolving to ensure good processing stability and lasting effect of the product.

Storage:

Holposon ® Crisp Man packaging: 25kg/60kg per plastic bucket. The storage period is 12 months. Store indoor to avoid overheat and severe cold.
