耐日晒牢度整理剂HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sun 随着人们生活水平的提高，对于一些装饰材料的耐日晒牢度要求越来越高，尤其是家用的窗帘、汽车内部的坐垫及户外帐篷等材料，我司RST 主要是为提高涤纶、棉、皮革等面料的耐日晒色牢度而研发的产品，整理后的面料，具有优异的耐日晒效果，可提升色牢度1级左右。

一、物化性能

溶 解 性        易稀释分散于水中

二、使用方法

1．浸轧工艺

用    量：      30-50g/L   

轧液率  ：      60％  

浸轧（一浸一轧）  →  130-150℃烘干

2．浸渍工艺

用     量：      3 - 5%（o.w.f.）

常温下浸渍10-20min →  130-150℃烘干

产品性能

1．提高织物耐日晒牢度性能；

2．为保证产品的稳定性，整理后的面料可能会有颜色的变化，请务必试样确认后进行大货处理；

3．针对部分分散染料染色织物可染色同浴处理。

注意事项

1. 使用前请先摇匀，用冷水或者温水（30-40℃）化料，保持产品稳定性；
2. 使用后请密闭容器盖，防止异物混入和产品干燥；
3. 与荧光染料拼用时可能会出现荧光消色问题，请先做试验确认后使用。

贮    存

HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sun 包装：16KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sun

With the improvement of people's living standard,there are higher and higher requirements for some decorative materials, especially for home curtains, cushion in cars, outdoor tents and other materials. The product is mainly developed to improve the color fastness of polyester, cotton, leather and other fabrics to sunlight. The finished fabric has excellent sunlight durability and can improve the color fastness by about 1 level.

Physical & chemical properties:             

Appearance:          Light yellow liquid

Ionicity：               Anionic

pH value:               About 6-7

Solubility:             Easily dilutable and dispersable in water

Usage:

1.Padding method

Dosage: 30-50g/L

Liquid retention rate: 60%

Padding (Dip and roll once) → drying at 130-150 ℃

2. Impregnation method

Dosage: 3-5% (o.w.f.)

Impregnation for 10-20min at room temperature → drying at 130-150 ℃

Characteristics:

1. Improves the color fastness to sunlight of the fabric;
2. In order to ensure the stability of the product, the color of the finished fabric may change, please make sure that the sample is confirmed before mass production;
3. Some disperse dyed fabrics can be dyed in the same bath.

Attentions:

1. Please shake well before use, and use cold water or warm water (30-40 ℃) to dissolve the product to maintain the stability;
2. After use, please seal the cover to prevent foreign matters from mixing and product drying;
3. There may be fluorescent achromatic problem when it is used with fluorescent dyes. Please do the test first before using.

Storage:

Packaging of HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sun: 16Kg/plastic barrel, Storage period: 12 months.

Store indoor to avoid overheat and severe cold.
