银离子抗菌剂HOLPOSON® AG+

HOLPOSON® AG+主要应用于家纺、服装、墙布、窗帘、地毯、军工等纺织品面料后整理加工工艺，整理抗菌后的纺织品能有效抑制细菌在纺织品表面滋生，破坏微生物的代谢过程，减少微生物繁殖引起的气味，使纺织品具有抗菌防护功能，防止织物产生霉斑，提高纺织品的使用周期。

二、使用方法

1首先称取银离子抗菌剂HOLPOSON@ AG+，搅拌加水，然后逐渐稀释到加料缸。

按照如下生产工艺进行生产：

浸轧法

HOLPOSON@  AG+         20-40g/l

PH值                   约5-6

轧余率                  约70%

工艺流程：110℃烘干--定型150℃180秒或者160℃150秒

注意事项

1.用冷水或温水（30­40度）逐渐化料溶解于水

3.对白织物建议进行实验；可能会对白度有影响。对热迁移性能无影响或仅有微小影响

4.为了检测与其他产品的相容性建议进行预先实验或请另外单独咨询我司技术人员

HOLPOSON® AG+

HOLPOSON® AG+ is mainly used in the finishing process of home textiles, clothing, wall coverings, curtains, carpets, military and other textile fabrics. The antibacterial textiles can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the textile surface, destroy the metabolic process of microorganisms, and reduce the causes of microbial reproduction. The smell makes the textiles have antibacterial protection function, prevents mildew on the fabrics, and improves the life cycle of the textiles.

Usage:

1. First weigh and take the silver ion antibacterial agent HOLPOSON® AG+, stir and add water, and then gradually dilute it in the feeding tank. Production should be carried out according to the following production process:

Padding

HOLPOSON® AG+: 20-40g/L

pH value: About 5-6

Liquid retention rate: About 70%

Process: 110 ℃, heat setting at 150 ℃ for 180 seconds or 160 ℃ for 150 seconds

HOLPOSON® AG+ can be used with waterproof agent. Please consult our technical center for details.

Characteristics:

                                                                         Attentions:

1. Use cold ice or warm water (30-40 ℃) to gradually dissolve the material in water.
2. If some agents such as cationic agents are used. Please confirm the stable plan through tests of prepared samples.
3. It is suggested to carry out experiments on white fabrics, which may have an impact on whiteness. There is no or only slight effect on the heat transfer performance
4. In order to test the compatibility with other products, it is recommended to carry out preliminary experiment or consult our technical personnel separately.

Storage:

HOLPOSON® AG+ package: 25kg/plastic barrel. Storage period: 12 months. Keep indoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
